Once it hits the market, the retro-modern lifestyle SUV is expected to strongly rival upcoming electric SUVs from brands like Mahindra, Hyundai, and Maruti Suzuki.

The expected dimensions of the Tata Sierra EV highlight a commanding road presence. The SUV is likely to be positioned squarely above the Curvv EV and could offer a significantly long wheelbase to guarantee better rear seat comfort. It features an upright SUV stance, a large characteristic glass area, and a spacious cabin layout.
Thanks to the packaging advantages of a dedicated EV platform, the vehicle will feature a flat floor design and a large boot space with practical storage areas for family usage. Tata could easily target both urban commuters and highway buyers with this spacious package.

The Tata Sierra EV is highly expected to debut in India around the festive season of 2026. The estimated starting price for this premium electric SUV could sit around Rs 25 lakh to Rs 30 lakh (ex-showroom).
Following its usual rollout strategy, Tata Motors may first introduce the pure EV version before bringing the ICE-powered Sierra later into the Indian market.
