Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z Spotted With New TFT Display Ahead of Launch

Bajaj Auto appears ready to update the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z with a new TFT instrument cluster. The updated motorcycle has been spotted at a dealership ahead of its expected launch.

The new display will give the flagship Pulsar a more modern dashboard and bring it in line with several recently updated models in the Pulsar range.

The NS400Z is not expected to receive major mechanical changes with this update. Bajaj could announce the revised motorcycle and begin deliveries soon.

Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z Expected Features

The biggest update on the upcoming Pulsar NS400Z will be its new 5-inch TFT display. Bajaj has already introduced a similar unit on other Pulsar models. The new screen is expected to offer Bluetooth connectivity, call and SMS alerts, music controls and navigation-related functions. The motorcycle could also receive slightly revised colour options and updated switchgear.

However, the NS400Z is unlikely to receive major mechanical changes. It should continue with the 349.13cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 40.6hp and 33.2Nm. The motorcycle is also expected to retain its existing suspension, braking hardware, four riding modes, traction control and quickshifter.

Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z Expected Price and Rivals

The current Pulsar NS400Z costs Rs. 1.86 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi. The new TFT display could push the price up slightly. The updated motorcycle will continue to compete with bikes such as the Triumph Speed 400, KTM 390 Duke and Hero Mavrick 440 in India’s performance motorcycle segment.
