Maruti Cars become more costlier in India: India’s leading automobile company Maruti Suzuki has increased the cost of its selected car in April 2025. As per the report company has increased the price of selected car by Rs 62,000 new price will be applicable from 8th April 2025.
If we talk about the effected models than price of Maruti Ecco has been increased by Rs 22,500, Maruti WagonR become costlier by Rs 14,000, Eartiga become costlier by 12,500.
On the other hand prices of Maruti XL6, Dzire Tour S, and Fronx by Rs 12,500, Rs 3,000 and Rs 2,500 respectively.
Why Maruti Cars Become More Costlier?
Speaking about this spoke person of the Maruti said that due to increase in the input cost company has to increase the cost of its selected models and we are committed to optimizing costs and minimizing the impact on its customers.
On March 17 only company has announced about its price hike due to increased price of steel and other equipment used in making of the cars.
Since, Maruti is known for providing cheap and low maintenance cars in Indian Market and if the price of its car will keep increasing in every few month than it will defiantly impact the sales of the company and also give more opportunities to other players to boost their sale in country.
