Leading car company Audi is currently working on its new electric car and that will be none other than the legendary Audi A6. As per the report company is going to launch this electric as a Audi A6 Avant E-tron. Currently this car is in Advance stage of development.
Company is going to adds electric powertrain in this car with the help of which this car will be capable of covering distance of 435 miles in a single charge.
Lets us tell you that the current ICE version of A6 sedan will be renamed as A7 as company is not planning to give A6 name to both electric and ICE version of a same car.

Audi A6 Avant E-tron: Expected features
The upcoming Audi A6 Avant E-tron will be the dead ringer of its concept model showcased few months back. We are expecting that company may change its design slightly, but there is no official infomation is availble regarding this.
This car will be equipped with a single frame grille with closed panel with Audi Logo on it, LED headlights, DRLs above the lights and a muscular bonnet.
This car will also have a attractive side profile, but there will be no frameless window availble in this. The size of this car will be same as the current A6 model. This car will be basd on the VW Group’s Premium Plateform Electric (PPE) architecture.
Audi A6 Avant E-tron: Powertrain
As per th reports Audi A6 Avant E-tron will be equipped with 100kWh battery pach and dual electric motor setup. This powertrain will help the car to give range of around 435 miles nearly 700 kilometer in a full charge. This car wull be equipped with a 270kWh DC charger for reducing charging time.
This car will cover 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4 second.
Reports suggests that this car may have Adaptive damping and air suspension for the smooth rides. Audi A6 Avant E-tron may get all-wheel drive option too.
Audi A6 Avant E-tron: Cabin
Talking about the cabin the all new Audi A6 Avant EV will have spacious 5-seater cabin with curved OLED 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.5 inch infotainment system and 10-inch front passenger screen. This car will supports bluetooth, android auto and apple carplay connectivity.
